Verify your Email

When you create a new PreFlight account you should receive two emails. One will be a welcome email and the other will be a verification code email. The verification code email will have a 6-digit code and a button to click for verifying your email address as seen below.

When you click on the button you will be directed to a verify your email page. The 6-digit code from the email will automatically populate in the code field (you can manually enter the code as well if needed). Just click the verify button to verify your email address.

If there is an issue with the 6-digit code or you did not receive the verification code email there will be a Click here to resend it link at the bottom of this page. You can also get to this page from your PreFlight account. Look for the Verify Email option under the Account section. Click here to get to your verification page.
